Grizzly IPA
Not your dad’s bitter beer – pounds rather than ounces bring a distinct orchestra of hop experience. Summit, Cascade, Azzaca, Amarillo, and Citra combine with five different malts to provide a complexity that can satisfy dedicated hopophiliacs yet still intrigue tastebuds reluctant to what might otherwise indicate.
Huckleberry Wheat
Wheat and barley malts combine with huckleberry to provide a unique North Idaho experience. Malty sweet and a fruity finish lightly hopped to compliment yet not overwhelm the palate.
Sturgeon Stout
In your face intensity with enough grain in the glass to make a loaf of dark bread. Caramel notes, molasses flavor, nutty and sticky. To be savored rather than quaffed. Aged longer than usual in bourbon barrels. Alcohol is high, but not as evident as one might thing. Served on nitro.

McGregor Scottish Ale

6.2.% ABV

Award winning beer! Rich and compelling – might go good with a haggis but alas haggis is forbidden in America. After a long day of caber tossing or hunting in the highlands this malty, mildly hopped ale will certainly refresh.
